1963Grant becomes founding Memberof SEMA.

Grant Products has an automotive heritage that began in 1922 with the

founding of the Grant Company by Gerry Grant. Over the years Grant’s

product offering consisted of engine overhaul kits, piston rings, valve

spring inserts, ignition systems and safety helmets. In 1962 we introduced

the first Grant Steering Wheel for dune buggies and quickly added

steering wheels for the automotive aftermarket.

Today Grant manufactures a complete line of custom steering wheels and

accessories. Grant produces wheels that are designed for the automotive

aftermarket, racing, golf cars and utility vehicles, the marine industry,

heavy-duty trucks, and the RV/Motorhome industry. Our newest products

include an expanded offering of steering wheels and styling rings for air

bagged equipped vehicles.

Grant operates two modern factories in Glendale, California and in

Matamoras, Mexico. The Matamoras factory is an ISO/ TS certified facility.

Grant also has affiliated manufacturing facilities in Italy and Asia.

Grant manufactures steering wheels that add personal style to a wide

range of vehicles. Grant has always offered innovative, fine quality

products, with distinctive style, solid value and a wide selection of

designs to express your individual personality.

Airbag Replacement Steering WheelsRevolution Style Airbag Replacement Steering wheels feature modern, stylish, designs that willrevolutionize the appearance of an airbag equipped truck or sport utility vehicle. These wheels areconstructed using the original factory wheel frame. The wheels allow the vehicle to be customizedwhile retaining the safety features of the airbag.

GMT 900 Series Wheels will work with original equipment wheels with or without factory switches.These wheels do not include an air bag. They are installed by removing the original steering wheeland installing the OEM Replacement Steering Wheel using the original factory air bag. The wheelsare easy to install and can be done by any authorized GM dealer.

The spokes are machined 6061T6Alcoa aluminum in a range of designs, polished to a mirrorfinish. The rims are genuine leather or hand rubbedmahogany wood. The wheels have finger grips on the backof the rim for additional comfort and style. The modularconstruction creates a wheel rim that is covered completelywith leather or mahogany, not with a partial aluminum rimas used in many billet wheels. The modular grip also allowsthe ultimate in customization! Enthusiasts now have theability to remove the ring and recover the leather to matchany interior. The mahogany wood versions can be removedand painted to match any custom paint scheme.

The center of each wheel has a polished aluminumcenter cap, which compliments the wheel design.

These wheels feature the classic design that was a popular option wheel of the GM muscle cars of the ‘60’s. The original wheels were plastic witha faux wood pattern in two finishes. The Grant wheels are genuine wood and replicate the original finishes (dark mahogany and light walnut) aswell as an added glossy black model and all feature brushed stainless steel spokes. The 6-bolt pattern wheels are a direct bolt-on replacement forthe original wheel and utilize the original horn button components. They are available in the original 16" diameter with 4" dish (in dark mahoganyonly) and 141⁄2" diameter with a 3" dish (in all three finishes) for additional driving comfort and space. The 3-bolt pattern wheels can be used onany vehicle with our standard (3000/4000) series installation kits.
