About the surveyThe survey was conducted among graduates of 20 educational programmes at the University of Copenhagen. This was a pilot study. The graduates are either undergraduates, who graduated a year ago or masters who graduated one or four years ago.

The graduates were asked to complete one questionnaire. The questionnaire could be answered in either Danish or English.

The information about the graduates was provided by the University of Copenhagen. Ramboll has subsequently enriched the information with phone numbers via automatic and manualsearch.

A total of 1,928 graduates were invited to participate in the survey.

Data was collected via internet responses in the period from November 25th to December 18th 2014.

Invitations to participate were sent via Digital Post and e-mail. Up to two reminders were sent via Digital Post and up to three additional reminders via e-mail. Graduates for whom theinvitation could not be delivered via Digital Post received invitations and reminders via mail, provided a mailing address was accessible.

Between December 8th to December 15th 2014 Ramboll conducted telephone follow-up among graduates who had not yet responded to the questionnaire. Throughout the entire datacollection period the graduates had access to a hotline at Ramboll via e-mail and tele-phone.

It has been possible for each educational programme to ask unique questions to their graduates. These questions are not included in the main reports.

The study's overall response rate is 42.7, which is satisfactory. Due to the design of the study, responses to questions can have been submitted without the respondent completing theentire questionnaire. These individual responses are included in the data, but do not count in the response rate.

Reading guideWhen reading the results, it is worth to note that there may be relatively large difference between the number of responses to each question. This is due partly to the fact thatrespondents were led through different questions that targeted their educational programme profile, and that respondents may have chosen to skip one or more questions. The number of responses is shown for each question.

Tables show the graduates' answers, depending on which graduate category they belong to. Thus, tables show results from undergraduates who graduated a year ago (bachelor +1),masters who graduated one or four years ago (master +1 and master +4) as well as the total result. As the three types of graduates not all have been asked the same questions, allgraduate types will not necessarily be represented in each table. The question title will include the graduate types who have been asked the question.
