at Warragul.
Aim of the Aged Care Program
The aim of the Aged Care Graduate Program is to provide the opportunity to care for the aged in a home like environment. Residential aged care offers the diversity of managing residents with co-morbidities as well as acute episodes.“Ageing in Place” is a model of care that enables the nurse to follow disease processes.

Is the Aged Care GNP for me?
Feedback from paste graduates who have participated in the Aged Care Program has been very positive.It allows graduates to gain experience in aged care but also offers a range of rotations in the acute sector. This provides for an interesting and varied graduate year, allowing freedom of choice for career pathways.
