Compulsory for GPRs to attend Organised in small groups with the help of intending trainers

and established trainers Trainers with special expertise sometimes organise and

facilitate sessions - paid at the standard rate Currently no payment for small group work (no budget - we

used to pay them from drug company sponsorship but no longer find this source of finance acceptable)

But trainers’ experience of small group facilitation and other educational methods is of value to the practice as these skills can be used for practice development
