SWOC ANALYSIS

STRENGTHS

• Three teachers out of four are PhD.

• One teacher pursuing for Ph.D.

• All four teachers have more than 15 years of teaching experience.

WEAKNESSES

• The number of students in post graduate course is not adequate.

• No computer and internet facility available due to unavailability of UGC grant.

• There is no infrastructure available in the department

OPPORTUNITIES

• A healthy academic environment for teaching and learning.

• Sufficient number of books in the library

CHALLENGES

• Need to increase the number of students from next session

• Boost up the students for competitive examination
