increase in Revenue & Profits;

3 Human Resource management;
4 Development of climate resilient production system through suitable adaptation and mitigation measures;
5 Increasing capital and Credit flow to agriculture sector;
6 Providing a transparent institutional framework for public-private participation, and involvement of beneficiaries/farming community in
programme planning and implementation;
7 Monitoring & Evaluation of Major Thematic Areas and Schemes and undertaking periodic Farming Family census.
8 Enhancing production and productivity of crops and agro-based produce;
9 Promoting sustainable agriculture;

employment opportunities;

Providing effective linkage between research institutes, Agriculture Universities of the States for transfer of technology;14
Providing of technical trainings to the extension staff through Research Institutes within and outside the State, SKUAST Jammu and
SKUAST Kashmir and departmental trainings institutes;
