The following candidates were found usmg unfair means rri theexamination· for post code 44/13 conducted by Delhi Subordinate Service

Selection Board. They are debarred from future exams of DSSSB for a period

of 15 years w.e.f, 18.06.2019.- - -

The Candidates appearing in various examinations being conducted by

the OSSSB have repeatedly been warned not to resort to any unfair means /

malpractices and further, that:"Any attempt to commit are abet, as the case may be all or any· of

the acts such as (i) Impersonating, and (ii) Procuring impersonation by any

person, may in addition to render himself) herself liable to crim.in.al prosecution.,

a) To be disqualified by the Board from the examination for

w-hich he / she is a candidate as also from any other

examination! selection cf the noard in w-hich he/ she rn.ight

have appeared by the final result/ selection has not been

declared/ made and or

b) To be debarred either permanently or for a specified period

from any examination held or selection made by them and or,

c) To take disciplinary action if hel she is already in service underGovernment and or,

d) To take any other legal action'Thus, it is clear that the candidate had arranged to have another person

taking examinations inplace of him. Thus, the candidate and the impersonatorhave indulged in the following activities amounting to impersonation:

i.) Appea.ring fof' examination for another candidate are arranging

to have another person taken an examination for the candidate.

ii) Allowing/Making somebody else to write answers on candidate' ••",. . . . '. ", '. . . " ..

Hi) Helping or receiving help from other candidates to impersonate.iv) Signingj getting signed the attendance sheet and othr

examination documents on somebody else's behalf either partially

or completely.

v) Providing admit card to another person to enable him to appearon behalf of the candidate.

Further, both candidates have also indulged in the act of FORGERY byaltering the identity proof of candidates, admit cards etc, and produced thesedocuments to the examination conducting Iurictioriartes with the intent to

defraud, as the documents produced are materially different from the records

available with the DSSSB.Therefore, it is evident that the candidate alongwith impersonator, were

actively involved in the crime related to impersonation, cheating, forgery,connivance and conspiracy as specified in Indian Penal Code.

In view of above facts and circumstances, the DSSSB has come to the

conclusion that, prima facie, a case of impersonation. cheatinz, forzerv.connivance and conspiracy is made out against the candidates.

Further, attention is drawn to the following provisions of the "General

Instruction" for candidatee for the various poet Codes in online, offline & PET

examination.

"In. any case of impersonation comes to notice then Overall Incharge& Observer shall lodged FIR against both persons i.e. candidates

who appli@d and th.@'imp@,.~onat~r under relgva.";'t s~ction.s. These

persons shall also be debarred from appearing in future exams of

DSSSB and other Board! Commissions. 11

The DSSSB adheres to ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY TOWARDS ANYMISCONDUCT by any candidate or any persons. Therefore, in vievvof the abovefacts and circumstances. the candidature of the above candidates ~ho haveappeared in the examination is hereby cancelled, on finding them. involved inthe acts as mentioned above in the table.

Further, the above candidates are hereby debarred from any examination

being conducted by the 15sssB fot a period of' 15 years w.e.f, 18.06.2019

mentioned against them in the table. "This issues with the prior approval of Competent Authority, DSSSB

GNCT of Delhi.
