1. NELLORE BUS STAND SITE:

Project: Hospital / Shopping mall with Multiplex, Ongole

Introduction to site:

The site is located at Nellore Bus stand area in Ongole, having a good commercial value.

The site abutting 30.0 M wide road (Trunk Road) and easy access to Railway Station and

Main Bus stand. The site is very near to Prakasam bhavan, which is having district

administrative offices at one place. The site is in parallelogram in shape having the access

from two sides. Total Site area is around 8520 Sqm. There are some existing structures in

the site, old shops and public toilets and some of shops are under construction on front side

of the site. Back side of the Site is open and presently using as a Municipal open

Auditorium. There are some good hotels and shopping complexes are around.

2. OLD MARKET SITE

Project: Retail cum Commercial Complex, Ongole.

The proposed site is located at heart of the City, abutting to the 30.0 M wide Trunk road

which is a major road of the city. The site has easy access to Railway Station and Main Bus

stand. The proposed site is in Triangular shape and demarcated by the roads in all three

sides. Presently the site is vacant and fenced with corrugated blue coloured sheets. The

site was used for Vegetable and fruit market earlier. Presently there are some hawkers like

fruit selling vendors carts lying besides the Site on Lambadi Street. The site is surrounded

by various shops.

The Site is facing to the trunk road which is the major road in the city. Site area is 3273 sq.

The site is located opposite to Bapuji complex, which is major wholesale market in the city

which serves for the city and nearby villages and towns this site can be easily accessed

school building on the site, which is presently not in use.

from any point of the city and having roads on 3 sides. This site is having a good

commercial value. The total site area is around 1542 SqM. There is some old buildings in

the site, which is presently not in use. Site is abutting with 30 m wide road. There are some

hawkers in front of the site. The site is very strategically located on the main trunk road with

some important building typology around like Gopi Krishna theatre & Bapuji market around.

5. RANGARAYUDU CHERUVU SITE

Project: RANGARAYUDU CHERUVU SITE WITH FOLLOWING COMPONENTS.

a) Hotel cum Convention Centre and Retail shops

b) Development & beautification of Area around water bodies like beautification of

open space and development of Jogger’s track etc.,

c) Operation and Maintenance of Restaurant

d) Exploring entertainment activity like Laser show etc.

The site is located at Rangarayudu Cheruvu, Ongole, Very strategically located near

Ongole bus depot. Rangarayudu water tank is abutting to the site, this is a major summer

storage water tank in the city. This site can be easily accessed from any point of the city.

This site is opposite to PVR high school which is one of the oldest government school in the

city. Sundaraiah bhavan road is near to the site, where there are many hospitals.

The total site area is around 16187 sqm. (4 acres) and polygonal in shape. The site is

having a good commercial value. Presently site is vacant and fenced with blue sheets.

Site is abutting with Anjaiah road of 18.0 width. On one side of the site is facing to

Rangarayudu cheruvu.

6. OPEN AIR THEATRE SITE:

Project: Kurnool Municipal Corporation intend to develop Residential cum

Commercial Complex.


The site is located in Old city area in Kurnool. The site is having a good commercial value.

All the four sides of the site having roads. Front side these is a 24.0 M wide road. The site

having easy access to Railway Station and Bus stand. The site is very near to Kurnool Fort,

which belongs to the 16th century, is famously called as Konda Reddy Burz, The site is in

parallelogram in shape. Total Site area is around 4374 Sqm. There are 24 Nos of existing

shops on three sides of the sites, and small platform for any cultural programs. There are

some good hotels and shopping complexes are near by the site.

7. Back Side of AP Tourism

Project: Kurnool Municipal Corporation intends to develop Convention centre along with

the existing AP tourism Hotel cum convention centre.

The proposed site is at AP Tourism guesthouse, Venkata Ramana colony area, Kurnool.

The proposed site is located near RTC bus stand. Abutting to the 30.0 M wide Kanigiri and

Singaraya konda road which is a major road in the Town. The site has easy access from

any part of the town. The proposed site is in Irregular shape and demarcated by the roads

infront side and a open drain on rear sides. There is a Sulabh complex – Public Toilets on

one corner of the Site and some hawkers like vegetable selling vendor’s carts are lying on

front side of the Site. The site is exactly opposite to the RTC Bus stand., On one side there

is a 3 storey commercial complex and the same lane there are some other various shops.
