Click Login. This will direct you to your User login and password

Enter your Username and Password. This will direct you to your player/family account. If you have forgoFen your Username/Password, please contact the ESC Registrar at [email protected]
Click on MY PROFILE. This will direct you to your player profile.
Click on Club Documents Tab. This is where you will upload the Birth CerBficate.

Please fill in File DescripBon with players name.
Click Choose File. This will direct you to your documents from your computer. Please choose your child’s birth cerBficate and click CHOOSE and this will aFach the file to be uploaded.
Make sure and click UPLOAD so the birth cerBficate aFaches to the player profile.
Upload successful and document securely aFached.
