To edit an inventory, click the edit link at the top of the page

Sign in with your Google account, you must be added before hand by

someone already on the list

If you’re adding new items, put them at the

bottom of the list, then sort the sheet

alphabetically

For something specific, search

Google docs to find which inventory it’s in

Inside the inventory, use ctrl-f to find an item. Make sure to select

‘search all sheets’

The revision history can be found under the File menu

You can view who made what changes and when…

Changes are highlighted in a different colour for each person
