There WILL be an official measurer. Exhibitor Janet Budzynski is a VMO and will be measuring dogs at this trial. If the “Will dog need to be measured?” says YES, and you do not have a valid permanent height card or valid temporary measurement slip you will need to be measured by the judge before you run. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to get their dog measured and to know the jump height card rules.

Measuring: Measuring of dogs is always done throughout the day based on VMO availability.

Worker check-in: volunteers please check in with the worker coordinator 10 minutes prior to the start of the classes you will be

working. See schedule below for approximate start times.

SAT-SUN SITE WILL BE CLOSED within 1 hour after the last run each day. No access to the building after closing-no exceptions. The club is subject to a fee of $120.00 per hour after the trial hours.

TRIAL SITE RULES

NO DOGS ALLOWED TO “POTTY” IN OR ON THE BUILDING. Failure to observe this rule is subject to a bench hearing and immediate excusal from the trial for the balance of the trial days.

No x-pens in crating area unless approved by the trial chair. All dogs must be on leash except when competing. No exhibitors allowed in the restricted private horse boarding / Polo Barns area – please read the

posted signs. SITE WILL BE CLOSED within 60 minutes after the last run each day. No admittance to the site

after that time PARKING: Loading and unloading ONLY in front of the main entrance. Do not leave your vehicle

unattended in the loading and unloading area. No Parking in this area. All vehicles, trailers, vans, and RV’s must be parked in designated areas; Vehicles not in compliance with parking rules will be towed away at the owner’s expense. Fire Marshals require that no vehicle may be parked within (75) feet of any building, pavilion, or tent, or in roadways surrounding such, in order for emergency vehicles to have access at all times.

Limited Handicapped car/van parking please arrive early to obtain a spot. Township rule: Unleashed animals will be subject to capture and/or fine and removal from Dream Park

by Logan Township or Gloucester County Animal control. Fine is $50 per occurrence Please be considerate of the public restrooms. Trash cans are placed there for proper disposal of

paper products. SORRY – DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ANY RESTROOM AT ANY TIME. PLEASE CRATE YOUR

DOG OR HAVE SOMEONE HOLD IT FOR YOU WHILE USING THE RESTROOM. You are responsible to clean up after your dog. PLEASE carry the appropriate supplies and keep the trial

site clean. Hotels: Dogs should not be left unattended in the hotel. Reports of barking dogs left unattended in the

hotel OR OTHER BEHAVIOR DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE BY THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT MAY be subject to a bench hearing. You must clean up after your dogs at the hotel.

Special COVID restrictions: Masks worn inside the facility except when in the ring running the course with your dog. Enter

and exit the ring with a mask on. Masks worn outside if needed for proper social distancing. THIS RULE MAY CHANGE!

Indoor crating will be allowed. There is plenty of space so be sure to distance yourself from others.

Course maps will be posted but paper copies will not be available for exhibitors. Courses will be posted on the trial webpage the night before each trial after 6 pm per AKC rules.

There is plenty of space inside the Dream Park facility. Please be sure to maintain appropriate distances from each other.

Per AKC, leashes may be carried on your person while running your dog, either in your pocket or looped over your body or tied around your waist. Leashes not carried will be moved with a leash grabber. This grabber will be wiped off every few leashes. If this bothers you, please come prepared to carry your leash.

The waiver at the end of this confirmation needs to be signed and brought with you to the trial. Dream Park requires a signed waiver from all exhibitors.

Please note: ALL times after the first walk-thru are approximate – DO NOT wait to arrive until the time listed, We are not

responsible if you show up late because you thought the class would not start until the times shown below. Please remember that by mid-day – the times may be as much as ¾-1 ¼ hours off. These times are only approximations - The Judges, the Club and Fast Times

will not be held to anything other than the start times for the first class of the day.

Handlers with potential conflicts are asked to walk the Excellent/Masater courses with an EARLIER height group if the conflict would mean you can’t walk with your height class. If you aren’t sure if you will have a conflict, play it safe and walk early! You

can also run at the end of the earlier height group or at the beginning of your height group if that helps ease your conflict. Please talk to the judges to verify.

We do realize that handlers with multiple dogs will have some conflicts.

Conflicts can ONLY be marked in ex/mas classes unless you are running multiple dogs in that class. ALL classes that have 1 walk thru take precedence.

If you need assistants with a potential conflict please ask. We would rather assist early than have anyone angry or panicked while ring side.

This is a game and we should all be having fun with our dogs!

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

This agreement is made by and between GLOUCESTER COUNTY DREAM PARK, owned and operated by

the Gloucester County Improvement Authority (“GCIA”) its employees, directors, servants and agents,

hereinafter collectively referred to as “MANAGEMENT”, and

, hereinafter referred to as “Participant”.

"Participant" hereby agrees on behalf of "Participant" and "Participant's" family, spouse,

estate, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, personal representatives, and any minor

over whom "Participant" has custody or control or serves as a guardian to release

"Management" from any liability for personal injury, sickness, and/or property damage

and to hold harmless and indemnify "Management" for claims of any kind made against

"Management" for bodily injury, sickness, and/or property damage suffered by

"Participant" while attending or as a result of attending any event being held at the

DREAM Park.

I also acknowledge the risks involved include, but are not limited to, the potential spread of

COVID-19 that could result in severe illness or potential death. I am participating voluntarily and

am aware of and assume any and all risks associated with my participation. I will practice proper

social distancing as recommended by health department directives, good hygiene

(hand-washing, hand sanitizer, mask/gloves when required) and follow all other health and

safety directives.

I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of contracting COVID-19. I also do

not have a fever or other symptoms of COVID-19. Should I become ill, whether before or after

attendance at any show, I understand I am required to report the illness, self-quarantine and will

adhere to testing and other illness related guidelines.

By signing below, I waive all rights to bring a suit or claim against Management,

show vendors and/or their directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents for any

reason.
