Google Chrome Passwords: Protect Access From Others

You may need to save accounts passwords in Google chrome to make your work fast. But if

others work in your pc they can easily get your saved password. But you could restrict them by making your account’s saved password with a password protection. Watch the presentation

and know how to apply this protection.

First type “chrome://chrome” in address bar to check wheatear you are using the LATEST version of Chrome or not

Alternate method to check version: Go to “About Google Chrome” and you will

see the version information

If you are using latest version type

“chrome://flags” in address barNow locate “Disable

Password Manager Reauthentication” and

make sure that it is “TURN OFF”

Now go to Control Panel to set a password

in your user account

Click “User Accounts and Family Safety”

Click “Create a password for your

account”

Type your password and confirm it

Now go to Google chrome Settings section and click “Show advanced

settings”

Now locate and click “Manage saved

passwords”

Click “Show” to see a saved password and you will be asked to enter user

account password

You could see the saved password after entering windows user account
