Important information
This is a prelimary timetable. A complete timetable with locations will be publised closer to the date.

Communication - Emails will be sent to you updating you with important information. Please ensure you use a valid email
address when you register or you will not receive these updates. Please also refer to the 12 week challenge
communications board for information on events being offered by our trainers. Your Personal Trainer is your go to person
if you have any questions at all about the challenge.
Testing Day - Please ensure you book in for testing day (12 week challenge transformation category only) It is important
that you arrive at your booking time. Although you may feel a photo will be too confronting it is an amazing tool to seeyour visual transformation. If you choose only you and the photographer (professional photographer Kate Green) will be
the only 2 people who see your photo.
Bootcamps - Will be run by our amazing team of Personal Trainers. Locations are to be advised but we intend to make the
location as close to the gym as possible so that child minding can be made available. Please ensure you sign in at each
Bootcamp so your attendance can be tracked. Remember attendance to these bootcamps is part of the judging criteria, if
you are unable to attend a bootcamp you can make this up by attending a group fitness class. The instructor will sign off on
this attendance for you.
Seminars - You will be emailed a link for the seminar. If you have any questions or would like to discuss the content please
see your trainer for additional support.
