Our brisket, ribs and sausage are slow-smoked and hand rubbed with our secret blend of herbs and spices. The real deal. We first started making sausage when our original sausage maker, an old Czech immigrant that settled in Weimar, Texas, decided to retire. He gave us a few pointers, and we began to craft four individual varieties of our own. We still grind, stuff, and smoke our links each day. Your sausage will arrive ready to heat and serve.
