In all, we delivered to these youth and the Scarborough community the following supporters, programs and assets: Expenses $5,692,028 (2015-16: $6,179,481) Revenues $5,707,131 (2015-16: $6,085,250) Surplus $16,326 (Reinvested in our programs) Financial statements available on request Unique clients served: 8,711 (2015-16: 6,640) Client contacts: 101,402 (2015-16: 102,443) Average # of contacts per client served 11.6 (2015-16: 15.4) Result? 32% more clients served to their satisfaction in fewer visits!
