BREAKFAST SPONSOR (2 available) - $575 Rise and shine with an early morning opportunity to promote your business. Company signage will be in the breakfast area and company representatives may hand out breakfast burritos to all players in the tournament. Take an additional opportunity to brand your business and provide logo stickers for each burrito. Additional opportunities available to provide napkins and cups with your company logo for brand recognition. (Stickers must be provided to Hiwan by July 20th). Lunch is included ~ Limit 2 people.

REGISTRATION TABLE SPONSOR (1 available) - $425 Meet and Greet all tournament players as they check in for the tournament. Sponsors may provide items to each of the players checking in for the tournament. Lunch is included ~ Limit 2 people.

REGISTRATION GOLF BALL OR TOWEL SPONSOR (1 available) - $425 Meet and Greet all tournament players as they check in for the tournament. Sponsors may provide golf towels or golf balls with your company’s logo to each of the players checking in for the tournament. Lunch is included ~ Limit 2 people.

COURTESY CART (3 available) - $525 Decorate your cart to promote your company and drive the course. When the tournament is over drive back for lunch and the sponsor receives 2 lunch tickets.

Tee Hole & Contest OpportunitiesRELAY RACE CONTEST SPONSORSHIP (1 available) - $1000Players share in the excitement by testing your team’s skills as you race to have the fastest relay time. If you have the fastest time you will not only have bragging rights you will also receive two strokes off your overall team score. Second place winners will receive one stroke off your teams overall score.

Sponsor will have the chance to escort players in a golf cart to their designated shot location and have time to interact with players in a fun relaxed environment. Sponsor can provide sunscreen/ promotional materials and giveaways to golfers. Sponsor will receive 5 lunch tickets, 2 carts and may put up a table, tent and chairs with company representatives at the hole. This contest hole needs 5 people at the hole to run the contest and to have some fun.

CONTEST HOLES SPONSORSHIP (6 available) - $750 Share in the excitement as players make their way to your contest hole. Choose from the following contests: Ladies’ Longest Putt, Ladies’ Longest Drive, Ladies’ Closest to Pin Men’s Longest Putt, Men’s Longest Drive, Men’s Closest to Pin Company signage will be at the tee and on contest signage at the registration table. Sponsor will receive 2 lunch tickets, a cart and may put up a table, tent and chairs with company representatives at the tee.

HOLE IN ONE SPONSORSHIP (1 available) - $800 Share in the excitement as players try to win a $1,000.00 cash prize with the hole-in-one shot. Company signage will be at the hole, registration table and on the contest rules. Sponsor will receive 2 lunch tickets, a cart and may put up a table, tent and chairs with company representatives at the hole.

TEE BOXES (10 available) - $750Watch the players Tee off from your hole with an opportunity to gain company exposure. Make your hole one for the players to remember. Company signage will be at the Tee box. Sponsor will receive 2 lunch tickets, a cart and may put up a table, tent and chairs with company representatives at the hole.

Looking For An Opportunity To Display Your Logo?SCORE CARD (3 available) - $250 Each player will see your company logo as they record their score during the tournament. Lunches are not included with sponsorship.

HOLE LOCATION CARD SPONSOR (2 available) - $225 Each player will see your company logo as they review the hole location card throughout the tournament. Lunches are not included with sponsorship.

DRIVING RANGE (unlimited) - $150 Golfers will see your company logo as they head to the driving range to warm up prior to the tournament. Lunches are not included with sponsorship.

All sponsorships are on a first-come first-served basis and are confirmed with Sponsorship Agreement and payment only.
