PLAYING LESSONS
Playing lessons involve going out onto the golf course and improving your game in a “real” golfing environment. Playing lessons focus on technique, course management,
mental awareness and the different situations you can find yourself in on the golf course. All playing lessons
include the cost of the green fee.

ABOUT MARTIN
I started playing golf in 1997 (aged 12) in my home town of Grange Over Sands, Cumbria.
After finishing school I went to study Golf Management at Myerscough College in
Preston and followed it up by completing a Bachelors Degree at the University of Central
Lancashire, where I also represented the University Elite Golf Team.
I turned Professional in 2009 and spent two successful years based at Kirkby Lonsdale Golf Club in Cumbria before spending a
further year coaching at Dibden Golf Centre in the New Forest, Southampton.
I joined the team at Willow Valley in May 2012 as Retail Manager and PGA Teaching
Professional having completed my PGA training in partnership with the University of
Birmingham.
