You can choose between having a church wedding or holding your wedding ceremony with us. We are able to seat up to 100 guests in our Chapel Suite for your ceremony before enjoying

your wedding breakfast and evening reception in either our Windmill or Pickford Suites.

Our brochure has been carefully designed with the emphasis on providing a unique occasion which is tailored to your perfect wedding day.

Our Chapel Suite, which is separate from the hotel, hosts original beams from its days as a barn and is the perfect place

to exchange your treasured vows.

Windmill SuiteThe Windmill Suite has panoramic views over our parkland golf course with floor to ceiling windows benefiting

from natural daylight. With private bar facilities and sparkling chandeliers and a balcony overlooking the golf course, it is the perfect setting for your special day.

Pickford SuiteThe Pickford Suite hosts magnificent views across our parkland golf course, a balcony looking out over the lake

and benefits from having its own self contained bar. Our second largest suite and a great choice for a slightly larger ceremony or more intimate wedding breakfast.

Chapel SuiteWith its own private entrance and an abundance of natural daylight the Chapel Suite is perfect for intimate

weddings. The room hosts original beams and features from its original use as a barn, offering a romantic and unique setting for your perfect day.

1<you and your guests>

Make a night of it and stay in one of our 4 star bedrooms. Once you have booked your special day with us we offer your guests our special accommodation rates. An allocation of bedrooms

will be held for your wedding guests bookable at this rate.

Encourage your guests to make the most of their stay by booking the night before or night after the Wedding, our full English or continental breakfast will also be included and guests will also receive full use of the hotel and leisure facilities.

Midweek weddings are becoming more popular with couples on a smaller budget. While Saturdays may still be the most popular day of the week to get married (closely followed by Fridays and Sundays),

more and more couples are considering weddings midweek and reaping the benefits.

Maximise your ValueMidweek, the majority of suppliers namely, photographers, cake makers, entertainers, wedding

cars to name a few are much more likely to negotiate in order to reach a price that suits your budget. Saving on these services can really mount up, making this option a great way to save

money without having to sacrifice the quality of your wedding and allowing you that extra special honeymoon.

Your GuestsGives you extra time to spend with your family and friends. With weekend weddings,

your guests will be rushing home on the Sunday in order to get back to work or school on the Monday. By planning a midweek wedding in advance may enable your guests

to take a few more days off work and make a long weekend or midweek break at your wedding destination.

Save the DateWedding planning is much easier as you will be able to have a better chance to reserve the date of your choice with the church, suppliers etc. So avoiding the endless calls to

the various suppliers and only to hear 'sorry we are booked on that day'.

the day before your wedding. We offer a wide range of relaxation and beauty therapies, all available within the Windmill Spa.

The Spa is also the perfect venue for combining your hen

<Terms and Conditions>Booking Confirmation

We are delighted to hold a provisional booking for you for a maximum of 14 days, unless otherwise agreed by the hotel. All bookings are considered provisional until the hotel receives

an initial non-refundable or transferable deposit relevant to the room you have booked.

Your contract must then be returned and signed within a 14 day period of the date issued by the hotel.

Deposits and Bookings £500.00 deposit is required to confirm the Chapel Suite£750.00 deposit is required to confirm the Pickford Suite

£1000.00 deposit is required to confirm the Windmill Suite

All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-cancellable. 6 months prior 50% of your contracted balance is due.3 months prior 30% of your contracted balance is due.

1 month prior your full balance is due, along with your prebooked meeting with your wedding executive to confirm final details.

Variation of Confirmed NumbersAmendments to guest numbers and/or arrangements must be confirmed to the hotel in writing.

Changes in duration, numbers or contracted value of your wedding shall be subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy. No charge will be made for any reduction in numbers as long as they do not fall below your contracted guaranteed

numbers and providing they are received by the final details meeting 1 month prior to your wedding date. Monies cannot be refunded for reductions in numbers thereafter.
