• In a survey published by Businessworld in June 2007, Godrej Consumer Products was ranked third and was the only FMCG company amongst retail, FMCG and durable sector companies in the mid-cap space for delivering a Total Shareholder Returns (TSR) of 62% per annum over the period 2002-07.

• Continues to be second largest toilet soap manufacturer.

• New Products launched• Godrej No.1: Papaya Lotus variant launched in April 2007• Erasmic shave gel launched in April 2007• Godrej No.1 shampoo launched in June 2007• FairGlow face wash launched in June 2007

• ICRA has reaffirmed the A1+ rating assigned to the Commercial Paper/Short Term Debt programme of Godrej Consumer Products Limited for an enhanced amount of Rs. 200 million.

• Consolidated sales grew by 36% in FY 2006-07.

• Net Profit at Rs. 144 crore up by 19% in FY 2006-07.

• EPS (annualised) – Rs. 6.4 in FY 2006-07.
