The tailing sands are transported back to replace

the mined dunes which are re-shaped to natural contours and covered with the original top

Med Link was founded in 2003 as international freightforwarder. They offer services of international import/export shipments and multimodal transport byroad, sea and air.

During 2006, with cooperation of GMA Garnet Europe GmbH they built a Reprocessing Plant of Garnet products. This Reprocessing Plant was the first in Europeto reprocess Garnet sludge coming from water jetapplication and blasting industry.

In 2010 they built a new Garnet Recycling Plant in Aulla,MS with capacity to reprocess up to 15.000 tons ofsudge per year

GMA Garnet™

The robust sub-rounded shape of original GMA Garnet means that more energy goes into cutting the work-piece as opposed to grain disintegration. This reduces abrasive consumption and disposal. On the other hand, the sub-angular to angular shape of recycled GMA Garnet can increase cutting speed but at the expense of faster grain disintegration. GMA recycled products also include finer grades that are not available in the original products. Successive or blended use of original GMA Garnet and recycled GMA Garnet can achieve optimum productivity of this non-renewable natural material. Reycling provides a cost-effective and environmetally responsible option for disposing of used garnet that would otherwise dumped as industrial waste.
