    Achievement

Delivery of a robust and integrated electronic invoicing solution with Business

to Government (B2G) and Business to Business (B2B) exchange of NF-e

    according to legal requirements.

Solution for automating invoice receipt process based on incoming NF-e

enabling significant productivity gain in invoice verification and fiscal

    departments.

Up to date legal changes and continuous delivery of new legal requirements

(e.g. electronic Freight Invoice CT-e delivered in 2012).

Already more than 450 customers using the solution.

Brazilian Electronic Invoice (Nota Fiscal eletrnica, NF-e)

    Market Requirements

    Brazilian Government is

    transforming the invoicing and

    bookkeeping from paper-based to

    electronic format.

    Since 2008, companies need to

    issue and receive invoices via

    XML, as so-called NF-e. All

    transactions need to be

    authorized online by the tax

    authority.

    Motivation

    All but the very smallest

    companies are required to issue

    and receive electronic invoices.

As all companies in Brazil need

to invest in IT to stay legally

compliant, it was a good market

    opportunity to position a new

    product for NF-e.

    Release and Availability
