methodology, so to be able to remain autonomous. For the tests that we did run, we ensured these were done in

a controlled and repeatable manner, so to provide you with accurate results.

The configuration of our performance scenarios included execution of scripts (both automated and manual) from a number of varied

geographic locations (EMEA, AMEA and APAC) and network conditions (5G (Draft), 4G LTE, 3G (Good / Poor) and 2G / EDGE). For the

automated and test harness based executions, we leveraged several different solutions, taken from the list below (https://tkbase.com/tools):

✓ Commercial - but freely available tools like: Neotys, LoadRunner Community Edition with Network Virtualization, Telerik,

PerfectoMobile, NV Freemium, and a variety of TruClient configurations.

✓ Open Source - both local and cloud based like: JMeter, Gatling, Grinder, Locust, Taurus, Postman, Selenium W3C and

SauceLabs much more.

✓ Integrated Development Environments - including: Visual Studio 2018 Enterprise, Eclipse / IntelliJ, Developer tools, Google

PageSpeed Insights, Azure Stack and AWS much more.

✓ Other Power Tools – such as Curiosity Software VIP, Unikernals (MirageOS), Headless Browser Proxies, PowerShell v6,

Solarwinds Pingdom, IBM Watson, NodeRED and Bluemix much more.

Gathering results and data from this large of a target set required adaptive data store (ADS) powered by Casandra & MongoDB combined

with leveraging some of the best of breed custom tools (and having to building a few custom solutions along the way), enable us to deliver

these amazing results to you.

✓ Response [Spike]: Highest response time across all tests executed within the Holiday timeframe in seconds.

✓ Stability: Aggregate score assigned to the resiliency of the site, not showing value or score of stability, but consistency of

availability. [A+ is highest score]

✓ Issues: Aggregate score assigned based on myriad of performance characteristics, and observed outcomes (including pinpoint

failures) from all performance scenarios executed, driving to a final results score. [A+ is highest possible score]

✓ Overall: Aggregate score assigned based on outcomes from each of the individual components and their results, so to provide a

single letter grade, and complete rolled up conclusion based on custom weightings (index (30%), response (15%), stability (20%)

and issues (15%). [A+ is highest score]
