• Prior to this role, he built his career in Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia, starting from National Learning & Development Manager on the way through the Marketing Director for Coca Cola Amatil where he successfully managed the company’s traditional marketing channel and the modern one separately and analyze the return on investment.

• Kenji Fuma is the Japanese icon in the field of “Sustainability” and “ESG”. He is a founder and CEO of Neural Inc, established in 2013, which is a strategy and management consulting firm in sustainability management and ESG investing. He commands first-rate and up-to-date knowledge and intelligence on sustainability management and innovation at the global scale. He is the editor-in-chief of the company’s online news media, “Sustainable Japan.”

• As a world’s leading expert of responsible business and sustainable finance, Kenji had been an advisory committee member for the Ministry of Environment, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and the Ministry of Health, Labourand Welfare of Japan. He played a leading member of the Socio-Economic Panel for the Hague International Space Governance Working Group for two years, which was an international standard setter on outer space resource mining.

He is currently Professor of Global Leadership at the Thunderbird School of Global Management at The Arizona State University. He is also Director of China Initiatives Executive Director of Thunderbird Global at Thunderbird.

• Doug Guthrie has spent his career researching, writing, and teaching about three topics: organizational development, the Chinese economic reforms, and strategic economic development for cities in the US economy.

• His areas of expertise lie in the fields of leadership and organizational change, corporate governance and corporate social responsibility, and economic reform in China.

• He received his AB Degree in East Asian Languages and Civilizations (concentration in Chinese literature) from the University of Chicago in 1992.

• Immediately following graduation from Chicago, he went on to study organizational and economic sociology at the University of California Berkeley under Neil Fligstein and Thomas Gold.
