Scalability
The Global Impact MBA This reThink proposal offers an approach that will significantly improve the quality of the full-time MBA program. This improvement in quality will be achieved by: Determining and designing in a set of learning outcomes (competencies) from the outset. Integrating disciplines throughout each module. Combining theoretical and applied content and experiences. In addition to the improvement in quality, this proposed approach to the full-time MBA: Reduces the direct costs by decreasing the FTE committed to delivery. Offers two complementary and integrated ‘products’: MBA degree and Certificate. Creates a platform for scalability based on the modular structure. The next three pages illustrate the last three points: Lower Cost of Delivery, Integrated Products and Scalability.

approach permits two distinct
audiences to be reached.
Multiple Products
The modular structure of the curriculum facilitates the eventual scaling of the entire program. This approach
overcomes many of the constraints of the current MBA, including classroom availability, faculty teaching schedules
and discrete course sequencing.
