This is a subset of the product which forms a subset of the Global Internship Programme which is offered by AIESEC Globally. This product focuses on driving more leadership experience development through a suitable framework of operations with Start-Ups and Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs).AIESEC in Sweden presents a package that will be most suitable for operations of Start-Ups and SMEs for enabling more leadership experience development.Our Global Entrepreneur Product provides a considerably efficient means for Start-Ups and SMEs to gain access to talents from the European Union (EU) for diverse and purposeful Job Description delivery. This product is designed for a duration of 6 weeks to 8 weeks and accesses students and recent graduates for the innovation and product development of the company and the leadership development of the trainee/intern.

These young people will serve as a platform for a Global perspective and a means to innovate to address not only local issues with the product being developed but also a broader prospective.

Accommodation Rules:A company can decide to not employ our services for getting accommodation for the interns. However, when this happens, the company has to follow the below listed criteria in getting accommodation for the intern:• The room has to be of a minimum size of 10sqm• The room should cost up to 4500 SEK

• The accommodation should not be more than an hour away from the office by public transport
