Large vertical glass areas allow the sun to pour in

virtually unhindered. The eff ect: heated interior

spaces and unpleasant glare. With an externally fi tted

vertical awning from the VertiTex range, weinor off ers

sun protection, an anti-glare screen, wind protection

and privacy protection all rolled into one. The fabric

and technology are both housed in one miniature,

delicate cassette but are still capable of shading large

areas. The red dot award-winning VertiTex is available

in diff erent versions, colours and fabric qualities to

suit your requirements and wind loads.

Wire/rope guide – for light optics

The VertiTex with wire/rope guide is the optimal solution if you desire a particularly light and airy outer appearance. Like-wise suitable for windows with moderate wind load, the vertical awning is convincing because of its fresh and airy look.

Rail guide – the universal

The VertiTex with rail guide is ideal for windows that are only exposed to moderate wind load.

The red dot award-winning vertical sun protection VertiTex is

available with rail or wire/rope guide. Its elegant cassette design is

so tiny and unobtrusive that it practically melts into the window

and is optimally integrated into every facade. The radio controllable

VertiTex is just perfect for larger dimensions and provides sun,

Fantastic fabrics for your VertiTexThe special climate-control fabric Soltis® is recommended for the VertiTex

for the provision of transparency together with good sun, wind and glare

protection. The Soltis® high-tech fabric was designed by Serge Ferrari® and

its micro-pores make it especially air-permeable. This allows it to prevent

heat accumulation and nevertheless releases a view through the fabric.

Sheer – the fi ne perforations in the Perluca acrylic climate-regulating fabric make it espe-cially suitable for the VertiTex – available in 5 patterns.

Besides the special climate-control fabric Soltis®, all Acrylic or

Polyester fabrics from our opaque range colours by weinor® are of

course available. weinor fabrics are water and dirt repellant due

to the Tefl on EXTREME® treatment. As the colour pigments are

already embedded (solution-dyed) into the basic fi bres, the fabrics

maintain their brilliant colour throughout.

Living outdoors with weinorHigh-end solutions in design and technology, fi rst-class quality and superior service – weinor is an innovation leader in the fi eld of high-quality patio systems and has been successfully established on the market for more than 50 years now.

Important:For textile sun protection: creases occur during manu-facture and when folding the awning fabrics. This can lead to the areas of the fold appearing darker when seen against the light, particularly with light colours. Folds in the hem, seam and fabric lengths occur where there are multiple layers of the woven fabric and diff er-ent rolling thicknesses on the fabric roller. The resulting

fabric tension can cause waviness (e.g. honeycomb or fi sh bone patterns). In principle, these eff ects occur to varying degrees in almost all awning fabrics. Creases and folds do not detract from the value and usability of an awning. Awnings and conservatory awnings are sun protection devices which should be retracted when it is raining or windy. Wet fabric creases more easily and as

far as possible should only be retracted after drying out (please take care in strong winds and avoid pooling). Depending on the colour of the ordered frame, we supply all small parts as well as crank handles and gear boxes for systems with crank mechanisms in black (similar to RAL 9005), white (similar to RAL 9016) or grey (similar to weinor 7319).
