He began his practice after his first visit to Japan in 1979, and has been a student of Seishiro Endo Shihan since 1997. His emphasis is on achieving a alm state of mind and performing unhurried technique. The seminar will focus on natural movement and rhythm in Aikido. This will also be a ‘kagami biraki’ seminar for renewing and rededicating our practice and spirits in the new year. Aikidoka of all styles and levels are most welcome!
