Allocation Post and Departments for the post under Preference T.

The final result of above examination was declared on 07.01.2011 and anadditional list of 385 candidates was released on 01.03.2011. There are 2927candidates selected under this group based on the vacancies reported by the userdepartment.

2. Allocation of posts within grout T has been taken up after receiving sub-option data from regional offices. The Commission has decided to apply defaultoptions of Auditors (A). Jr. Accountant/Accountant(B) and UDC(C) in that orderi.e. ABC were taken for the candidates for whom sub-options were not available.

3. The selected candidates for the post of Auditors were allocated departmentsof C&AG and CGDA in round robin manner of first candidates going to C&AG,

second to CGDA, third to C&AG and so on, until the vacancies of the departmentin the respective category are utilized. The rest of the candidates in that categoryhave been assigned the department with left over vacancies. The same criteriahave been used to allocate department of C&AG and CGA to the candidatesselected for Jr. Accountants/Accountants.

4. The number of candidates allotted for the post of Auditor to C&AG is 988(SC-175, ST-87, OBC-123, ExS-105, OH-24, HH-15, UR-459) and to CGDA is1290 (SC-65, ST-92, OBC-123, ExS-194, OH-18, HH-5, UR-793).

5. The number of candidates allotted for the post of Jr. Accountants/Accountant to C&AG is 120 (SC-17, ST-8, OBC-27, ExS-12, OH-2, HH-3, UR-51)and to CGA is 526 (SC-51, ST-45, OBC-54, ExS-60, OH-5, HH-7, UR-304).
