Tom Payne has been the Instrumental Music Director at First Baptist Church of Modesto, CA for 17 years. Tom and his wife Lisa have been married for almost 17 years. They have two lovely daughters, Sarah and Jessica. Tom has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Music from California State University Stanislaus. Tom is a two-time winner of the Forest E. Turner Arranging Competition and has published “cool charts” for over 10 years. Rhythm parts include a chart for guitars, a written-out piano part as well as a written out bass line. These parts work very well when played simply as written.
