made with fresh citrus fruits (grapefruits, orange and limes) along with camomile flowers and other hand selected botanicals.

EDINBURGH GIN’S RHUBARB & GINGER I £3.95 ABV: 20% Tangy rhubarb crop macerated with oriental ginger and lemon zest is infused

into Edinburgh Gin to create a nostalgia-inducing rose-hued tipple. Garnish: apple

EDINBURGH GIN I £4.80 ABV: 43% A Gold Medal Winning Gin. Pine is to the forefront with heathery scented notes following on. A well balanced crisp gin with gingery

spiciness and laid back citrus. Garnish: orange peel

EDINBURGH SEASIDE GIN I £4.80 ABV: 43% Edinburgh Seaside Gin is intended to evoke memories of summer at the

beach. The botanicals include seaweed, ground ivy and scurvy grass and this will add a twist to your G&T

HENDRICK’S GIN I £4.80 ABV: 41.49% No other gin tastes like Hendrick’s – divinely smooth with character and a balance of subtle flavours. The infusion of cucumber and rose petals creates

a wonderfully refreshing gin with a delightfully floral aroma.

SIPSMITH LEMON DRIZZLE I £4.30 ABV: 40.4% This recipe takes a classic London Dry backbone and layers on sweet,

sun-dried lemon peels, lemon verbena from Jared’s garden for aromatic sweetness on the nose and vapour infused fresh hand peeled lemon for

sharp bite and floral notes. Garnish: wedge of lemon

GORDON’S PINK GIN I £3.80 ABV: 37.5% Gordon's Premium Pink Distilled Gin has been created to offer a

sweeter and more accessible way to enjoy a gin and tonic. Crafted to

balance the refreshing taste of Gordon's with the sweetness of raspberries and strawberries and the tang of redcurrant. Made using only

the highest quality ingredients and only natural flavourings to provide an authentic real berry flavour.
