GILMOUR BASEBALL ACADEMYWeek: July 9-13Time for Ages 8-11: 9-11 a.m.Time for Ages 11-14: 1-3 p.m.Coach: Jay FowlerFee: $50 per week (includes camp t-shirt)Gilmour Baseball Academy will help develop the fundamentals of baseball amongst campers through a week of drills, skills and competition. This is not a pick-up baseball game-type camp. Campers will be taught the proper techniques for all aspects of the game through group and individual instruction. Equipment: Glove, helmet, bat, cleats, water bottle are recommended. Lunch is not provided.

GILMOUR LAnCERS CROSS COUnTRY CLInICWeeks: June 25-29 & July 16-20 Time: 9 a.m.-noonAges: 10-14Coach: Matt LindleyFee: $50 per week (includes camp t-shirt)New and experienced runners will focus on developing a deeper love for the sport of running. Activities will include proper training techniques, running form, cross-training and strength exercises. There will also be a focus on related topics such as nutrition and proper footwear. Campers should be in physical shape to run a minimum of two miles. Equipment: Athletic gear, running shoes and water bottle are required. Lunch is not provided.

GILMOUR fOOTBALL CAMpDates: July 23, 24 & 25Time: 9 a.m.-noon Ages: 11-13Coach: Shawn DoddFee: $75 (includes camp t-shirt)If you’re an experienced football player or just starting to play, Gilmour Football camp will concentrate on the fundamentals of this All-American sport. Campers will learn individual and team instruction in order to improve their skills on both sides of the ball. Equipment: Cleats, athletic gear, water bottle and towel are required. Lunch is not provided.

SOCCER ADvAnTAGE ACADEMYWeeks: July 23-27 & August 6-10Time: 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m.Ages: 8-13Coach: Joe CuiniFee: $150 (includes lunch and camp t-shirt)Advantage Academy will teach boys and girls the skills and team tactics necessary to be successful in soccer. It will prepare players for the next level of their playing careers. The camp will stress sportsmanship and respect for all aspects of the game. It will also incorporate fun drills and games to help boost players’ love of the game, while developing them into well-rounded soccer players. Equipment: Each camper is required to provide their own soccer ball, cleats, shin guards and other appropriate soccer gear. Lunch is provided.

vOLLEYBALL BOOTCAMpDates: July 13, 14 and 15Times: July 13 (5:30-8:30 p.m.); July 14 (9 a.m.-3 p.m.); July 15 (9 a.m.-noon)Ages: 12-17Coach: Kelly CoughlinFee: $150 (includes camp t-shirt and lunch on July 14 ONLY)If you love volleyball, want to learn to play or improve your skills, Volleyball Bootcamp is for you! This camp will provide the

essentials for enhancing players’ abilities. Campers will hone their techniques, while learning about team concepts

and developing the individual skills necessary to be successful. Learn from the state-ranked Lancer volleyball staff and have the opportunity to meet a prominent NCAA Division I college coach. Equipment: Athletic gear, knee pads and water bottle are required.

Lunch is only provided on July 14.
