bowral day spa signature massage (60 min)Celebrate your energy, emotions and soul with this rhythmic body massage. Your journey begins with an ancient foot ritual and “smudging ceremony”. Surrender yourself to the full body massage that follows using combinations of slow and gliding strokes, gentle stretches and tapotement techniques. Enhanced with aromatic oils that your body will attune to, you will experience the power of renewal from head to toe.

swedish massage (30 min | 45 min)A focused or full body massage for pure relaxation of mind, body and spirit. The classic oil massage employs traditional Swedish strokes such as gliding, kneading, tapping and shaking to improve circulation, soothe muscle tension and reduce joint stiffness. This massage is perfect to pair with any of our other body treatments.

specialised massage (60 min)A therapeutic massage focusing on deep tissue work and tailored to your source of pain or specific areas of concern. Using firm pressure and trigger points, this focused therapeutic massage is created to access the deeper layers of the muscles to help relieve chronic muscle tension. A warming aromatic oil is used to relieve, calm and relax the muscles.

healing stone massage (75 min)Experience a dream like state of relaxation. The powerful healing properties and har-monising energy of these natural stones will ensure you achieve both physical and emotional balance. nurturing massage (60 min)A calming gentle and nurturing massage recommended for pregnant women after their first trimester or for people who are unable to lie on their back or stomach. An essential massage designed to ensure comfort and care for pregnant women and people with limited movement. As you lie on your side, let the soothing strokes of our highly skilled therapist knead away your tension and fatigue, using a nourishing blend of Sunflower, Rosehip & Sweet Almond Oil, that is safe to use on sensitive skin.

Cleanse, exfoliate, rub, buff and relax with one of our restorative Body Scrubs and Wraps. After your chosen body exfoliation or body wrap experience, cascades of warm water from the therapeutic Vichy Shower will cleanse your body, ready for your final moisturising body lotion to be applied.
