BaseballGibbs will play Karns tonight at 7:30, the first 50 students get
free mini-bats!
Seniors:Balfour will be in the
cafeteria on Thursday/April 3 during lunch to deliver
graduation announcements to seniors who have
purchased them.
Attention Rising Seniors:If you have strong
communication and organizational skills and have
a special interest in education issues
Attention Rising Seniors:You are encouraged to
complete an application to be considered as a student
representative on the Knox County Board of Education
Attention Rising Seniors:Applications can be picked
up in the school counseling office.

The KCS STEM Department is sponsoring a system-wide after
school initiative to involve students from all schools in real,
authentic science and the chance to be part of the US Space Research Program in microgravity experiments.
Information updates will be available at
http://stem-k12-knoxschools.org starting March 1, 2014.
UT will host a Second Annual STEM Symposium for high school students on March 29. High school students
who are interested in careers in science, technology, engineering and
mathematics are invited to the symposium that will be held at the
UTK John Hodges library from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
The symposium is free but students are encouraged to
register at https://tiny.utk.edu/boss no later
than March 27. Free lunch and goody bags will be provided for participants who register before
March 21.

Money and paperwork should be turned into the front office.
