3. Hospital Medical Industry (02 years):- He is a member of the pioneer management team of Hanh Phuc Hospital. Advertising and Digital Media Industry (11 years both Chicilon & 24H):- He is the first to propose for bringing new LED and Rolling LCD advertising screens into the Vietnamese Industry while working for Chicilon Media & Vina Capital. This proposal led to a 400% increase in revenues. - He was the first Vietnamese National Director of Sales & Mar-keting for Chicilon Media which was financially backed by the American investment firm Vinacapital. Chicilon Media itself is the first digital multimedia company in Vietnam, owning 70% market shares in LCD & LED screen advertising. - He directly connected and negotiated an advertising contract with government directors of 14 airports, the Ministry of Trans-portation, and Vietnam Airlines on the behalf of Chicilon Media. - Over three years of his tenure, he repeatedly achieved his assigned KPI standard on revenue. - He worked with the leader team and the sale department was developed from 50 clients raised to 900 prospective clients.
