GHOST ESTATES IDEAS

A Ruby on Rails 3 web application provides a solution to the lack of ideas of what to do with the “ghost” estates in Ireland.

The issue have been discussed broadly lately in the news, but there is not a clear idea of what to do with them, despite having an expert group set up by the Government.
