The Six-pack, available in several commonly used dimen-sions, combines six trunking pieces (each of them in a length of 2 meter) in a shrink wrapped foil and thus in a safe and dust-proof manner. The six-pack is supplied on a disposable pallet that is stack-

able thrice, which makes handling much easier, and also low-ers the cost of transport. Moreover, the trunkings are delivered to the building site optimally protected against dust and dirt, which greatly reduces rejection rates and also largely elimi-nates the problem of remaining stocks in open boxes. The pro-fessional and attractive appearance also impresses the cus-tomer. Despite the superior look, the metre prices for these trunkings remain the same as those for the cardboard packaging.

The superior alumin-ium look and sleek design of this system makes a good impression in the office and home environment. What is hidden here, can be seen. A cable trunking made of plastic? The GGK wall trunkings do not appear so. Be it as original equipment or for renovation - the wall trunking can be put to versatile use. Despite the aluminium finish, the trunking can be processed without a special saw, and it is thus a cheaper alternative to the aluminium wall trunkings. Variable inner corners and outer corners as well as end pieces, also in aluminium look, complement the overall concept. The new GGK wall trunking in aluminium look is avail-able in the versions BR/d 60x130/80 with an 80 mm cover and the MBR/d 65x100/45 with a 45 mm cover.

The use of M45 device installation units (direct installation in the MBR/d 65x100/45 and in combination with the M45 adapter frame also in the BR/d 60x130/80) allows the wall trunkings to conceal everything, which is required by a professional and visually appealing electrical installation these days.

In the process, the focus is always on: Easy handling for the processing technician and durably safe functioning. The new joint clips make the one-person installation even easier and faster. Thanks to the clips the wall trunking bases can be com-bined properly and tightly, and thus ensure a properly fitting joint of two trunking bases. The clips are inserted laterally into the

trunking bases halfway. Integrated springs ensure that the clips do not slide further into the trunking. Thanks to the new M45 adapter frame M45 device units can now be appropriately installed also in wall trunkings with 80 mm covers - quickly, safely and attractively. The M45 adapter frame, available in a double and triple version, can be individually assembled with M45 device units according to the relevant requirements. Moreover, the M45 adapter frame is available with the option of a horizontal or a vertical label field (for installation in poles). Thanks to the M45 adapter frames in aluminium look these can be installed also in alu-

minium wall trunkings or the new BR/d 60x130/80 plastic wall trunking in stylish aluminium look.

The workplace connection systems from GGK provide strong poles for appropriate solutions. A major project in Norway shows how these workplace connection systems can be used flexibly and individually. Over 1,400 poles were supplied for the new office building of an oil company - "plug and play" ready-made by GGK ac-cording to the customer requirements. The new aluminium profile MRS 70 is round, with a diameter of 70 mm optimised for device installation. A pole in the new office building facilitates provision of data ports and energy for up to four workstations. The workplace connection systems with a height of 2,400 mm also feature a flexible tube which allows subsequent repositioning of the poles in the room. "The Norwegian electrician wanted from us a ready-made pole to save on his time and own staffing" says Tim Dittmann, GGK export manager. All customer requirements could be optimally met due to the own assembly bays in the Greifenstein plant. Thanks to the joint efforts and forward planning all dates were adhered to exactly. Similarly, the logistics was planned in detail: The poles were each coded in GGK works so that they could be assigned directly to the cor-responding floor at the construction site. "This made handling much easier for our customers at the construc-tion site" says Dittmann.

Be it in open-plan offices, public buildings or convention centres: Sus-pended ceilings have often become the standard today to illuminate, air-condition and provide the rooms with all the necessary electricity and data ports at the same time.

GGK offers many alternative solutions for flexible, easily modifi-able and future-proof workplace connection systems, and thanks to the own assembly bays in the Greifenstein plant it can individually respond to customer requirements when a specific prefabrication ("plug & play" version) is required.
