This is a futuristic sport in whichplayers score points by shooting agiant ball into the opponents' goal.Each player pilots a mechanised suitcalled a "Mech". Matches are 3against 3.

7 Saving and Deleting Save Data
Your progress is saved automaticallyat the end of a match.

9 Playing Blast Ball
There are fourdifferent ways to playBlast Ball.
Up to six players can play Blast Balltogether via Local Play. Each playerneeds their own Nintendo 3DSsystem and a copy of this software.
● You Will Need:One Nintendo 3DS system perplayer (max. 6)
One copy of the software per player(max. 6)
● How to PlayTo host a match, select "Create",choose the desired settings, andthen select "OK". When all playershave joined and selected their team,press to start. Players join amatch by selecting the name of thehost.
Select "Solo Play" to play Blast Ballon your own. Your teammates andopponents will all be computercontrolled.

10 Blast Ball Screen
Score
Your Mech's energy decreases whenhit by the ball or an opponent'sshots. Once depleted, the Mech willbreak down and require a shortamount of time to repair itself.

Game Time
The weapon energy gaugedecreases as you fire. You cannotfire your weapon when it is empty. Itrecharges when you are notshooting.

Check other players' positions andthe ball's location.

Check the names of the players oneach team.

11 How to Play Blast Ball
Shields a playerfrom damage andprevents the playerfrom being ejectedfrom their Mech if amember of theopposing team usesthe eject power-up.
Shield
♦ A draw in Challenge Mode willcause you to lose the challenge.
Shoot the ball to move it around thearena, and into the goal to score apoint. The first team to score threepoints or the one with most pointswhen the time runs out is thewinner. The game enters one minuteof sudden death if the score is tiedwhen the time runs out. The firstteam to score is the winner. Ifneither team can score a point, thematch is declared a draw.
Power-ups can be picked up afterthe ball has been shot a number oftimes. Once a power-up has beencollected, press or touch thepower-up on the Touch Screen touse it.

Pick up RepairCapsules to restoreenergy.
A new ball appears after a goal isscored. In rare cases, a special ballis used.
The Results screenshows eachplayer'sachievements atthe end of a match.Select "New match" to play again or"Exit" to end the match and returnto the Blast Ball menu. "New match"can only be selected when you areplaying in Versus mode.
