Duties, Responsibilities, and Tasks
Chefs
• Ensure that all culinary dishes are planned up to be served on schedule under the set order time so customers get their food at the appointed time and so that service request turnover can be managed in a effective, efficient manner.
• Create new menu items, and modify and replace existing ones as well, using your food knowledge and creativity that fit the purpose of fine dining at home as needed so that the menu selection remains effective for the customer.
• Keeping up and responding to new trends in the food industry on a continuous basis.
• Leading and working with kitchen management in a team setting on creating new menu items so that the most ideas can be brought into discovering, developing and preparing new dishes that relate to dining at home.
• Maintaining impeccable hygiene for yourself and uniform, and work area so appearance.
• Standardization of services at all the 3 grades so that a customer gets the same experience every time he chooses a particular grade of service.
Manager
• Responsible for operational management duties, assigning of chefs to customers, procurement of materials and culinary.
• Experienced with the local market
Web executive
• First mode of interaction with the customer,
• Duties include site maintenance, customer engagement and database management.
Telecaller
• Required to confirm the order and the mode of delivery.
• He/she will also be responsible for assessment of post encounter satisfaction.
