Thank you.” » Joseph Addison GENERAL BACKGROUND In my experiences, I have to say that I have learned a tremendous amount about providing service. In my 20+ years of providing customer service, I acquired skills in problem solving, finding resolutions for both immediate and future concerns, and also developing a plan of attack that works specifically to the person and their unique situation(s). You may have heard before, “There is no cookie cutter solution,” and I believe that to be absolutely true! I have been employed as an academic advisor, customer service representative, and even as a collector (I disliked that position the most)! Either way, these positions allowed me to grow in organization, scheduling and meeting follow up appointments, and using resources to expeditiously find solutions. EDUCATION I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management in the winter of 2008 and also my MBA (Masters in Business Administration) in the fall of 2010. In addition, early last year (2016), I completed a certificate program for internet marketing. This was to gain an understanding of how to keep a business alive in this technology driven world we now live in. What I can say I learned the most from ABOUT ME I am originally born and raised in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. I am recently married for almost 2 years now. I, quite surprisingly, met my husband at work. GENERAL BACKGROUND
In my experiences, I have to say that I have learned a tremendous amount about providing service. In my 20+ years of providing customer service, I acquired skills in problem solving, finding resolutions for both immediate and future concerns, and also developing a plan of attack that works specifically to the person and their unique situation(s). You may have heard before, “There is no cookie cutter solution,” and I believe that to be absolutely true!

EDUCATION

I am the youngest child of a family of 7! Being the youngest girl and having 5 older brothers encouraged me to develop strength early in life!

So, with all of that education and work experiences, why am I not looking for my next job? That’s easy…I no longer want to give my talents and time to “Corporate America,” only to feel disposable and unappreciated….no matter the position.
I enjoy helping people and providing service. However, the joy of that is diminished when having to meet a number or percentage….or you’re fired. Also, who wants to continue devoting time and energy to help someone else get rich…..that you will NEVER meet?
As your personal assistance, I will be able to free you from tasks such as scheduling meetings, creating correspondences, sending emails and text messages, even take notes at a meeting you cannot attend.
Rather you need a personal assistant for your personal or business life, I will definitely be able to help you with time and daily management.
