The system also supportsInteractive Voice Response (IVR), which letsemployees call toll free to report absences by following an easy series of prompts.

You can link the absence intake system to othersystems, such as human resources and payroll. Itcompares your employees’ IVR or web responseswith eligibility requirements for disability coverage,FMLA, and other absence-related benefits. Toensure compliance with state workers’ compensation and managed care regulations, theintake process assigns all workers’ compensationclaims to the appropriate regional claim office. Andit produces reports and automatically generatesFMLA notices and forms for eligible employees.
