All PDF files (up to 12mb) can be e-mailed to [email protected]
All PDF artwork must be converted to process CMYK** colour with images at 300ppi resolution (recommended for
best results). Any spot colours, including those contained within .eps files (such as logos), should be converted
to process CMYK** before creating your PDF (if this is not done correctly, the colours in the printed magazine
may not appear exactly as expected). All fonts used should be embedded into your PDF or converted to vector
‘outlines’ or ‘curves’ before submission.
Whilst we endeavour to check all PDF artwork before printing, we cannot guarantee predictable results from
incorrectly processed PDF files.
Trim area: This is the actual size of your advertisement in the magazine. With adverts that ‘bleed’ off the page,
this is the area the advert will be cropped to once published.
Bleed area: is the total size the advert should be supplied to, if the advert bleeds off the sides of the page. We
need 3mm around the trim size to allow for cropping.
