Get ready to personalize your hearing experienceThe ReSound Smart app gives you easy, discreet, personalized control of your hearing experience.

You can use the free ReSound Smart app to control and optimize your ReSound Sola hearing instruments right from your iPhone®, iPad®, iPod® touch – or your Apple Watch. And from one of the latest Samsung Galaxy phones.

Download app to your Apple device

Step 1: Make sure your Apple device is compatible with your hearing instruments. You find a complete list of compatible devices at www.future-resound.com.

Step 2: Make sure your Apple device is running iOS 8.1 or higher:

1. Tap Settings> General > Software Update.

2. If a software update is available, tap Install.

Note: You must be connected to Wi-Fi to update iOS.

Step 3: Download the ReSound Smart app from App Store.1. Tap the App Store icon.

2. To locate the ReSound Smart app, select “iPhone® only” (this works for iPads® too), and then type “ReSound Smart app” in the search field.

3. When the ReSound Smart app appears, tap “Get.”

4. Tap “Install” and then sign into your iTunes account with your Apple ID and password to complete the download.

Step 1: Make sure that your mobile device is compatible with your hearing instruments. You find a complete list of compatible devices at www.future-resound.com. Step 2: Make sure that your Android mobile device is running the recommended Android OS version 5.0 – Lollipop or later versions. Some of the models will work with earlier Android OS versions such as Android OS 4.4.2-4.4.4 - KitKat.

Step 3: Download the ReSound Smart from Google Play:1. Tap the Google Play icon.

2. Type “ReSound Smart app” in the search field.

3. Tap “Install” to load the app on your phone.

PairingYou are now ready to pair your hearing instruments with your mobile device. Pairing instructions can be found in the Quick Guide for Connectivity that you receive with your hearing instruments. You can also find the Quick Guide at www.future-resound.com. If you need assistance, please contact your hearing-care center.
