The Center for Technological Resources which develops and provides solutions aimed at companies in the field of systems architecture, mobile & embedded systems, web portals, data centers and cybersecurity.

3IL INGÉNIEURS: OUR ENGINEERING PROGRAMME IN COMPUTER SCIENCE

3iL Ingénieurs is an engineering programme in Computer Science which requires a high level in Engineering Science, Computer

Science and Management. The degree is a Master grade accredited by the European label EUR-ACE, but also by the French

educational institution called Commission des Titres d’Ingénieurs, a label to guarantee the quality of a French engineering

degree and confirm its adequacy to the needs of firms.

Students are sure to be operational and hired as Engineers after their graduation. It is a 3-year degree that students can pursue

after a contest (at the end of 2-year preparatory studies or a Bachelor). 3iL also offers a 2-year preparatory programme open

to students with a French baccalaureate. Students have to participate to a contest to be accepted in this 2-year preparatory

programme.

PROFESSIONAL FUTURE:

With my friends we discovered entrepreneurship and innovation during our studies at 3iL and since then we decided to create our own company. The Innovation & Business Creation module gave us the keys to manage a team and a project from its beginning to its completion. We also participated to a programme called

“Campus Entrepreneur” which gave us the opportunity to get a status of Student Entrepreneur. With this status, we started our company (DigitAppGency) through a regional incubator (Avrul) and we were even able to do our final internship in our own company. Being a boss and a student at the same time was such a great experience. 3iL has always helped us on our journey and this support made it happen!

Regarding sports, students have a wide choice: the sports club of 3iL offers sports depending on the interest of students. Through this club, students can also access to sports disciplines offered by the University of Limoges. Moreover, there are more than 310 sports clubs in Limoges offering 75 disciplines in beautiful premises: A huge sports hall, 5 swimming pools, one water park (Aquapolis), an olympic skating center, baseball fields, golf courses, gymnasiums, tennis courts...

Limoges also offers a network of cultural facilities such as the francophone library which lends millions of books every year, a Zenith, an Opera-Theatre, an Academy of Music, many museums... There are 20 exhibition halls, 28 movie theatres and 5 cultural centers staging many exhibitions and events.

Limoges is also one of the cheapest cities to live in France and it is regularly ranked amongst the French cities with the best quality of life. Its natural surroundings and the absence of air pollution make it a great and safe place to live.

With more than 20 000 students, Limoges is also known to be a vibrant student city. The University of Limoges has 765 lecturers and researchers and is one of the best French universities. That’s why 3iL decided to work hand in hand with the scientific departments of the University of Limoges.

Limoges is a city of over 200 000 inhabitants in the heart of France and at less than 3 hours by train from Paris and the Atlantic Ocean. Limoges is the capital of the Haute-Vienne department and the 2nd biggest city of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, right after Bordeaux. Limoges is known for its beautiful porcelain and its food quality.

1. Log onto Campus France website from your country to check whether you are eligible to the « Study in France » procedure. You can get more information about this procedure from the French Consulate or Embassy of your country of residence.

2. If you are eligible, go to the «Study in France » platform, create a private electronic file and follow the instructions.

3. Add our study programme to your basket.

4. Your application will then be reviewed twice: once by Campus France, once by our jury. If you get a positive response from 3iL: you can validate your application on the « Study in France » platform and file a request for a student visa with the French Consulate or Embassy in your country of residence.

• Visa is granted: we welcome you in September

• Visa is not granted: we reimburse your tuition+accommodation fees.
