shells, animal bones, and landscapes.Married to Alfred Stieglitz, a well-known photographer She had six siblings—they were all in art classes from

childhood. Georgia showed special talent and studied art in high school and went to an art college.

She was an active artist who actually reached fame and recognition during her life time.

She produced works a mere few weeks before her death.
