• Responsible for a team of 3 schools monitors tasked with the maintenance of the condition of the £1 billion, 30 year, Glasgow City Council PPP estate encompassing a keen knowledge of the bespoke form of contract, specification and performance standards
• Produced performance specifications for the completion of Council Change Requests for any amendments in the estate
• Carried out the vetting of standards and costs of the CCRs, working in conjunction with the PPP monitoring team
• Assisted Building Surveyors with Kycoud condition surveys and iPad condition surveys to the educational estate
