    Limitations of the study

;hen doing interviews in businesses, there were some businesses that theemployers4managers were not available. Thus many of the interviews were donewith employees. This may have hampered the results in some way that was notrecognisable during the study itself. 'lso in general for both residents and businessowner or workers, some questions where left unanswered due to uncertainty of thestate being or lack of knowledge on the topic suggested by the questions. Thoughthey understood the questions, lack of knowledge on that or a questions topic theywere not able to answer.
