Each cab chassis D-MAX can be customised with any of our genuine alloy or steel trays, which have all been developed specifically for Australian conditions.

Heavy Duty Alloy Tray - All features of the General Purpose Alloy Tray with a tube headboard and integrated tray step (on single cab trays only).

Heavy Duty Steel Tray - All Heavy Duty Tray features in sturdy steel with tie-down shackles built into the tray floor. Colour coding optional for cab chassis models.

Economy Alloy Tray - Standard entry level alloy tray.

Mine Specification Steel Tray - A sturdy steel tray with reflective side striping, a steel mesh window protector and headboard aerial mounts. Colour coding optional for cab chassis models.

General Purpose Alloy Tray - Standard alloy tray with added welded wire mesh window protector and tail light protectors.

Dropside & Tailgate Catches Low coefficient of friction between operating surfaces, latch operation takes less effort as compared to traditional designs.

Tail Light Protector & Wiring Guard Offers increased protection from rocks, branches and other debris.

Quick Lock Hinge Manufactured from an automotive grade glass reinforced nylon incorporating a captive stainless steel pivot pin. These hinges make it easy to detach the dropsides from the tray and are UV stabilised to ensure longevity.

Mudguards Manufactured from an automotive grade rubber modified polypropylene, this material has excellent memory characteristics so when deformed within its limits, it will return to its moulded shape.

Internal Load Restraint Rail All alloy trays feature internal load restraint points, this means ropes or straps no longer need to pass over drop sides while restraining loads. This allows for maximum load security.
