Purging Air by use of CO

Ensure Air pressure in casing is (15 to 20 psig), Analyzer panel and Analyzer monitor in purge selection and analyzer mode in (Air in CO)Ensure the availability of CO pressure around 100 psig in hydrogen panel.

Purging Air - COChange the spool piece connection from (5-6) to (3-4)Spool Piece connection

Purging Air - COThrottle CO feed valve (HV-2946)Throttle vent valve (HV-2954) And maintain casing pressure 20 psig

Purge Selection (Air in CO)Keep purging until Purity (Air in CO) comes below 10%. In Hydrogen AnalyzerPurging Air - COPurging CO By use of HPurging CO - HSpool Piece connection

Purge Selection (CO in H )Keep purging until purity (H in CO) reaches above 95%. In Hydrogen AnalyzerPurging CO - H

EndH Filling / purging need to do in only local H panel.Conform Spool piece (1&2 for H , 3&4 for CO) connected. If Hydrogen is available in Generator these spool pieces are sure connected condition.Reduce the H pressure to 20psi (Open Vent Valve HV-2954 Throttle until 20psi).Now Change valve position. i) HV-2952 keep in (H to vent) position. ii) HV-2955 keep in (CO to Gen) position. iii) HV-2983 Keep in purge position. (Analyzer valve)Purging of Hydrogen i) Conform CO Availability and pressure in the header. ii) HV-2946 CO supply valve. keep in Throttle open to fill CO. iii) HV-2954 Vent valve. keep in Throttle open to vent H.Change Purge Settings to (H To CO) and Keep monitor the purity of CO until it reach >10%. In Both the analyzer module.Close HV-2946 and HV-2954 valves.Purging HConform Spool piece (1&2 for H ) Dis-connected. Connect Spool piece (5&6 for Air).Now Change valve position. i) HV-2955 keep in (CO to Vent) position.Purging of Hydrogen i) HV-2947 Air supply valve.keep in Throttle open fill Air. ii) HV-2954 Vent valve. keep in Throttle open to vent CO.Change Purge Settings to (Air To CO) and Keep monitor the purity of CO untill it reach >15%. In Both the analyzer module.Close HV-2947 and HV-2954 valves. Purging CO
