3. Brokerage and representationWe facilitate deals between technical, financial and industrial market actors andhelp commercialize proven technologies. We offer business development,management for hire and marketing development.

Thisregion represents untapped market opportunities for Scandinavian companies. Itincludes the Greater Philadelphia Area (GPA), an often overlooked region forScandinavian companies. GPA constitutes the fourth largest regional economyin the US. Within a four-hour driving radius, one reaches six of the US’s eightlargest markets. The area is home to more than 45 universities of which severaloffers financial support for research projects.

With our strong presence in the Mid-Atlantic region, we give you the tools tosucceed in these challenging markets through our government, financing, andpartner networks.

AreaWe work with Scandinavian partners that focus on less mature renewableenergy sources, such as biological processes and gases, solutions that arecompact, modular and scalable and applicable at point-of-use, that help solvetransportation and logistical challenges and have proven to work but are onlylocally known.

Developing a US Franchise Business

Bailine is a Norway based fast paced women franchise program with 40successful years in Europe and currently over 200 Studio's worldwide. Bailinecomputerized muscle stimulation, offers you a quick, relaxing and easyalternative or compliment to traditional exercise methods, helping tone the"tough to hit" areas of your body.

In the Spring of 2008, Nordic Business Partners Invest (NBPI) entered amaster franchise agreement with Bailine Scandinavia AS. A pilot studio wasopened in Blue Bell in September 2008 and the group is planning launch ofseveral studio franchises within the greater Philadelphia area during the next1-2 years.

As a master franchise, NBPI has developed a website program that has beenmodeled for the rest of Bailine’s global operations. NBPI has also beeninstrumental in developing the US market strategy. NBPI is currentlydeveloping a plan for a US-wide franchising program for Bailine.
