2.7.1 OverviewSPECTLAND2isanapplicationsoftwarethatcontrolsNR800operationandmonitoringonaPC.Itdisplaysthe analyzer status, and instructs measurement and sets parameters for the analyzer. To use SPECTLAND2,firstinstallitintheEngineeringPC.ThecontinuousoperationofSPECTLAND2forextended periods of time is not guaranteed.

MainFeatures•Instructstheanalyzertomeasurespectra,savedata

and display. The measured spectra can be used to generate calibration models.

•Showstrendgraphsofthemeasurementsandsavesthemtofilesduringacontinuousmeasurement.

•Setsparametersforcontinuousmeasurement.•Displaysvariousdataoftheanalyzer,suchas

operating modes, alarm status, and maintenance data.

•Instructstheanalyzertoperformsuchtasksasoperation mode change, spectra measurement, and setting property information, calibration models, or measurement conditions.

AYokogawaengineerwilltrainanuser'ssitepersonnelin the procedure to generate a calibration model for one measureditemusingauser-providedsamplewithitslaboratory analysis results.

5.2 CalibrationModelGenerationYokogawa generates a calibration model using the necessaryquantityofuser-providedsampleswithlaboratoryanalysisresults.ApredefinedSEP(standarderrorofprediction)valueof1σwillbeusedasthemeasurementtargetvalue.Thetargetvalue,samplequantity,andotherdetailsaredeterminedseparatelyfor each application.
